Refund Policy

At Scale My Marketing, we value the trust you place in us to manage your digital presence and marketing campaigns. Our services involve strategy, planning, creative execution, and third-party platform costs, which require significant time and resources. To ensure transparency and fairness, we have outlined our refund policy below:

1. General Policy

  • All payments made for digital marketing services (including but not limited to advertising campaigns, social media management, SEO, branding, website development, and consulting) are considered final.
  • Refunds are generally not guaranteed, as digital services involve intellectual effort, planning, and third-party commitments that cannot be reversed once initiated.
  • However, we understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and in such cases, refunds may be provided on a case-by-case basis at the agency's sole discretion.

2. Situations Where Refunds May Apply

We may consider refunds under the following conditions:

  • Project Not Started: If you cancel your service request before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a full refund.
  • Service Delay Due to Agency: If we fail to initiate the service without proper communication or valid reason within the agreed timeline, a partial or full refund may be considered.
  • Duplicate Payment: In case of accidental duplicate charges for the same service, a 100% refund will be issued for the extra payment.
  • Mutual Agreement: If both parties agree that continuing the project is not beneficial, we may process a fair refund depending on the progress made.

3. Non-Refundable Situations

To avoid misunderstandings, refunds will not be provided in the following cases:

  • Once strategy planning, campaign setup, keyword research, creative designing, or content creation has started.
  • Ad spend payments made to third-party platforms such as Google Ads, Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram), LinkedIn Ads, or others, as these are billed directly and beyond our control.
  • If the client fails to provide timely information, approvals, or necessary access to platforms, leading to delays or campaign underperformance.
  • For customized services such as SEO, branding, or website development where significant work has already been delivered.
  • For results not meeting subjective expectations (e.g., "I expected higher sales" or "more leads") since digital marketing outcomes depend on multiple external factors beyond agency control.

4. Service Cancellation

  • Clients must request service cancellations in writing via email to Mukulchy44@gmail.com.
  • If cancellation is requested mid-project, only unused service fees (if any) may be refunded after deducting costs for the work already completed.
  • Retainer-based contracts (monthly/quarterly) are non-refundable once the new cycle has started, but services will continue until the end of the billing period.

5. Refund Processing

  • Once approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.
  • Refunds will be credited back using the original payment method only.
  • Processing timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
